Cases
Claims made by most medical malpractice lawyers are grounded in lots of hype: "Lawyer X has won over $90 million dollars in awards for his clients!" Yes, we've won significant awards for our clients, but we'd rather focus on you than blow our own horn. Being a litigant in a medical malpractice case is one of the most stressful life events a client will ever face, and the individual attention and guidance our firm provides during that process is what sets us apart.

If you or a loved one have been injured as a result of medical malpractice, or other negligence, contact our office first. We are a small law firm, and take a limited number of cases, so that we can focus our best efforts on them.
Unlike many other New York City law firms, where several lawyers may be juggling your case from day to day or week to week, the only lawyer who will ever work on your case is Andrew Barovick, assisted by his paralegal and secretarial staff. Your case will always be personally handled, investigated, managed, and overseen by Andrew Barovick from beginning to end. He will handle your case, from the moment he begins his investigation to the time of trial — every step of the way working for you to secure and ensure your rights according to the law.
Andrew Barovick, P.C. handles cases in the New York metropolitan area, the five boroughs of New York City, Westchester, and the Long Island Counties of Nassau and Suffolk.

Malpractice cases are difficult to endure simply for the reason that brought you to court in the first place. Mr. Barovick's caring, attention and genuine concern for my family helped us through this difficult time. He was well prepared and his attention to detail was obvious. His knowledge and skill in front of a jury was evident and quite impressive and when he needed to, his aggressive questioning seemed to reveal truthful facts that were important in our case.
